Foundation Armor 1 gal. SC25 Siliconate Water Repellent Sealer for Concrete and Masonry

The Armor SC25 is a fast-acting water repellent sealer for light or white concrete surfaces. Derived from a catalyzed Siliconate solution, the Armor SC25 penetrates deep into the concrete surface where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores. Water and other liquids will bead off the sealed surface, reducing deterioration caused by water absorption such as cracking, spalling, freeze-thaw and salt damage, staining, mold and mildew, and efflorescence. The Armor SC25 is a very cost-effective solution for sealing concrete as it requires only one coat and can last for up to 7-10 years.
