Excellent professional grade breathable water based Siliconate water repellent sealer for unsealed concrete surfaces. Minimizes damage due to water and salt water from de-icing road salts and salt water pool systems. Reduces cracking, spalling, and pitting caused by water absorption and road salts. Will not change the color of the concrete, will not leave behind a slippery surface film Will provide up to 3-5 years of life before the need to recoat. The Armor SC25 is a high solids, water based Siliconate water repellent sealer that penetrates deep into the concrete surface where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores. Surfaces sealed with the Armor SC25 are more resistant to the damaging effects of water absorption, such as cracking, spalling, pitting, freeze thaw and salt damage, staining, and efflorescence. It can be applied to interior and exterior, vertical and horizontal surfaces. Product should only be used on unsealed white or very light concrete. Do not apply to medium to dark concrete, bricks, pavers, or natural stone. For best results, apply a single coat at a rate of 175 FT2/gallon.
