The floor sealant is used before applying floor polish to enhance the gloss, polish longevity and stain resistance. Zep floor sealer suits unfinished vinyl, rubber, terrazzo, and unfinished concrete surfaces. Clear coating resists stains from everyday spills like food, drink and tracked dirt. This product is not a stand-alone sealer.
