Full length including wire 2.548″ when locked.The seals have a hook end that pushes down into lock the seal.These one time use seals can be used for many different applications including, but not limited to:Aircraft liquor carts US & UK Customs Approved, Drums, Hoppers, Medical cabinets, Switches, Valves, Utility meters, Electric meters, Storage containers, Storage units, Semi trailers, Breakers, and many other uses. NO SPECIAL TOOL is required to attach these seals – simply clip around the object to be secured and compress the seal by hand.
