Unique roller system holds work piece down and pushes into fence for precision stock feed. The JessEm Router Table Clear-Cut Stock Guides work in a similar fashion to a stock feeder in that the stock is guided at a slight angle towards the fence as it is fed forward for safer and more consistent routing. Mount on most router table fences that have a horizontal 1/4″ T-slot above the fence face. Maximum height adjustment is 2-3/4″. Maximum stock thickness is from the table surface to 9/16″ below the center of the mounting T-slot. 1-1/2″ urethane one-way needle guide rollers are mounted on a 5° angle steering the stock towards the fence. Stock guides are CNC machined from solid aluminum and anodized for appearance and durability. Rollers are CNC machined from wear resistant acetol resin that have a low coefficient of friction. Roller axles are CNC machined from cold rolled steel and case hardened for durability. Adjustment knobs machined from stainless steel for longevity.
