How to Install: First, drain the oil from the pan. Using your hand, install the self-tapered thread bolt into the pan threads. Push and turn clockwise until the plug takes hold. Slowly turn the hex-bolt clockwise using a 7/8″. Turn until thoroughly tight. Remove the hex-bolt and clean the tapered threads with a cloth. While wearing safety gloves, knead two-color epoxy until it is uniform in color. Apply the epoxy mix to and around the marred area of the tapered threads. Wipe the threads. Install the thread bolt with applied epoxy into the drain hole. Turn clockwise with the wrench until tight. Let stand for 10 minutes. Fill oil and check for leaks. If you notice a leak, slowly turn the hex bolt clockwise until leak stops. How to Remove: Do not remove hex bolt.
