USE 61501-TR decorator tamper resistant duplex receptacle is a self-grounding 15 A/125 V 5-15R outlet. The built-in protective shutter mechanism prevents foreign objects from being inserted into the receptacle contact openings, but still allows easy insertion of proper plugs. The tamper resistant (TR) logo is clearly visible on the face of the device to show the safety features. This receptacle is made out of high impact resistant thermoplastic and body for an extended life and high performance in both commercial and home applications. The green grounding screw and self-grounding clip allows automatic grounding connection when installed in a grounded metal junction box.
