First Coat Primer

Drywall mud. Minimizes surface texture variations, and prevents joint banding and photographing. Does not seal substrate surface. Formulated with vinyl-acrylic binder specifically to equalize both porosity (absorption rate variations) and surface texture differences and to provide greater uniformity of finish coat. Can be intermixed with wall and ceiling spray textures to enhance hardness, bond and whiteness. Apply with brush, roller, airless or conventional spray. Covers up to 300 to 500 sq. ft. per gallon. Dries to white finish in under 30 minutes, topcoat in an hour.
