Foundation Armor The Armour SC25 is a fast-acting cost-effective penetrating water repellent sealer specifically formulated for white, or very light unsealed concrete surfaces. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%. The Armour SC25 is made from high quality, non-recycled, US manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed white and very light concrete. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or colour of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mould, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.
