Henry 612 ShingleGuard 100% acrylic clear sealer is designed to extend the life of aged shingles and low-sloped mineral surfaced roll roofing by locking in granules and reducing further granule loss. Sealer also adds protection against degradation from sun, rain, wind, ice and snow. Mixture of water and acrylic polymer blend. Coverage area: for smooth surfaces approximately 200 square feet per 1 gallon size container, for rough surfaces approximately 100 square feet per 1 gallon size container, depending on porosity and roughness of substrate.
