Thread locker 222 Low Strength: This product cures once it’s confined and in the absence of air and is between close-fitting metal surfaces. This low-strength thread locker is designed to semi-permanently lock and seal thread fasteners, like nuts and bolts, where easy disassembly is required without shearing the screw. It prevents these connections from loosening due to vibration and leakage. This thread locker also acts as a sealant, protecting the bolt from rust and corrosion. Simply apply the product enough that all the engaged threads of the bolt are filled. Cure times differ due to the size of the thread gaps and the thickness used.
