Loctite Extend Rust Neutralizer

This product interacts with existing rust and chemically converts it to a neutral black surface that is ready for priming and painting. Simply spray or paint this product on the surface and when ready, apply a coat of oil-based paint or lacquer-based paint. It’s most effective on mild surface rust.
