Flush-mount installation over foundation opening. Your opening may be slightly larger or smaller than 8″ height x 16″ width to mount. Total dimensions are 11″ height x 19″ width. The manual air vent with removable cover easily fits over standard 8″ height x 16″ width foundation openings in the crawl space or foundation of a home. Its also flush-mount, which means it can fit over most openings even if they are slightly larger or smaller than 8″ height x 16″ width. Great for ventilation and encapsulations! Almost double the amount of NFA compared to other air vents when you need ventilation and it comes with a cover for easy encapsulation. If you have vinyl siding, simply slip the surface-mount flange under for installation – no cutting or worrying about sliding the vent over the foundation opening. Our vents do not need to be serviced or replaced because our durable ABS/UV treated vents will not rust or rot and are built to last! You may close up your crawl space during winter simply by securing the cover with the included hardware, and you will be protecting your crawl space and pipes from harsh winter temperatures and conditions. This vent comes in both black and white versions, but may be painted with a plastic adherent paint.
