Use WaterGuard Multi-Surface Clear Sealant Spray to protect exterior surfaces such as concrete, brick, stucco, masonry, grout, mortar, terrazzo, wood, wood shingles, pressure treated wood, wood decks, and outdoor wood furniture. Surface must be clean. Remove all dust, dirt, mildew, oil, loose wood fibers, and other contaminants. Previous coatings must be completely removed. To ensure proper penetration, weathered, dirty, or mildewed surfaces should be cleaned with a wood cleaner prior to applying. After rinsing, ensure surface is free of standing water. New concrete must be allowed to cure for 30 days prior to application.
