Luminous paint applies easily, dries fast, and glows 4 to 8 hours when charged by light. Glows a green color. Can be used on wood, metal, drywall, and plastic. For indoor and outdoor use. Great for kids rooms, school projects, garages, crafts, and holiday decor. Dries to the touch in 30 to 45 minutes. Recoat before 1 hour or after 24 hours. Apply clear top coat to protect.
