Most tubular skylight installations on tile roofs need an additional flashing skirt. The custom designed flashing skirt is installed over the tubular skylight flashing to ensure a weather-tight installation. Made from dead-soft aluminum, this flashing easily conforms to the shape of any high profile roofing. The EDPM rubber allows for a leak-free installation, moving water back up onto the tile, keeping it away from the roof deck and underlayment.
