Watts number 174A bronze body hot water relief valve with a 3/4″ NPT female x female connection in an angle pattern. This valve is set at 125 psi with 2,070,000 BTU. Bronze safety relief valves are designed for fired hot water pressure vessels to protect against overpressure conditions. They are used on hot water boilers, direct fired water heaters, or storage tanks with indirect heaters to match the BTU loads of the heat exchangers.
